Refund policy
Because each item is custom-made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, color, or change of mind. However, we will gladly assist with any issues involving damaged or faulty items.
If your order arrives with a defect or damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include the following in your message:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or faulty item(s)
Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll work with you to replace the item or issue a refund if necessary.
