Shipping + Production Times

All of our items are made to order. Here's what you can expect:

Production Times:

  • Each item is made to order, and production typically takes 2-5 business days. Please note that during peak seasons, production times may vary slightly.

Shipping Times:

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic): Once your order is produced, shipping usually takes 3-7 business days within the U.S.

Tracking Your Order:
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its journey to your doorstep.

Most items ship separately - you may receive multiple tracking numbers and multiples deliveries depending on the items in your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is custom-made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, color, or change of mind. However, we will gladly assist with any issues involving damaged or faulty items.

If your order arrives with a defect or damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include the following in your message:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged or faulty item(s)

Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll work with you to replace the item or issue a refund if necessary.
